5. When operating the valve, the operator must stand on its side and carry out it slowly. It must be fully opened or tightly closed at one time, but it should not be too tight, so as to avoid excessive friction heat or static electricity caused by airflow impact, which will cause combustion and explosion of combustible gas or combustion supporting gas cylinders. Excessive force will also damage the threads of the valve body

6. From the beginning of inflation, the change of pressure should be observed at any time. When the pressure rises to 1/3 of the filling pressure, the operator should try to detect the temperature of the cylinder and deal with the leakage. If any abnormality is found, it should be handled in time to make the cylinder fill normally until the end of filling. During the inspection, if it is found that some gas cylinders do not enter the air (there is no temperature rise by touching the cylinder wall) or leak, it should be handled in time. Check whether the bottle valve is open when air is not supplied; In case of gas leakage, the gas leakage shall be handled properly, but when the pressure exceeds 10MPa or it is not convenient to handle, the filling valve and cylinder valve shall be closed after the inflation of the cylinder is completed, and the pipe shall be removed before handling. In addition to touching the bottle temperature, you should also pay attention to monitor whether there is abnormal sound in the bottle and check whether the bottle valve is well sealed

7. Bottled gas products after gas filling should be checked one by one by a specially assigned person. If they do not meet the requirements, they should be properly handled. The inspection contents include: whether the measured pressure in the bottle is within the specified range; Whether the purity of the gas in the bottle is within the specified range or even less than 5%; Whether the tightness of the bottle valve and its connection with the bottle mouth is good; Whether there are serious defects such as bubbling and deformation that affect the safe use of the gas cylinder after filling; Whether the temperature of the bottle body changes abnormally; Whether the accessories of the gas cylinder are complete and comply with the current standards; Whether the product certificate is filled in correctly, clearly and normatively; Whether each factory bottled gas is attached with a warning label

8. Improve the ability to handle special situations of equipment operation. In the process of filling gas into the cylinder, if the nozzle and valve of the cylinder are on fire or the temperature in the cylinder rises, or the cylinder wall is seriously hot, the filling valve and cylinder valve should be closed immediately, the conduit should be removed, the cylinder should be moved away from the work site quickly, and then all the gas in the cylinder should be released (but toxic and hazardous gas cannot be released directly, and other effective measures should be taken to deal with it)
